It is organized by Latvian Academy of Culture in partnership with Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre and Film Archive of the National Archives of Estonia. It will take place at the National Film School of the Latvian Academy of Culture. Riga Film museum will be represented by curator Agnese Logina who will talk about film director Aloizs Bren\u010ds. Here is the full program including keynote speakers:\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.balticfilmhistory.org\/program\">https:\/\/www.balticfilmhistory.org\/program<\/a><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div id=\"bgMedia_comp-jumqbykm\" class=\"_33YMf\">Baltic Sea Region Film History Conference is an annual international event; it aims to bring together film scholars, researchers, who analyze the film history of the Baltic Sea Region. Also, the conference seeks to share the insights of the latest findings and to promote film cultures of this yet often unacknowledged region.\u00a0<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-mesh-id=\"comp-jumqbykminlineContent\" data-testid=\"inline-content\">\n<div data-mesh-id=\"comp-jumqbykminlineContent-gridContainer\" data-testid=\"mesh-container-content\">\n<div id=\"comp-jumqbykz\" class=\"_1Z_nJ\" data-testid=\"richTextElement\">\n<p class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"color_30\">The first conference was held in 2014 in Tallinn (Estonia) by Estonian Film Museum, Film Archive of the National Archives of Estonia and Tallinn University Baltic Film and Media School. Later, other organizations joined Estonian Film Institute, Baltic Audiovisual Archival Council (BAAC) and Tallinn University Centre of Excellence in Media Innovation and Digital Culture (MEDIT).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8\"><span class=\"color_30\">From 2019, the conference became mobile, and Vilnius (Lithuania) was\u00a0the first host of this moving conference.
